I had the green chili beef enchiladas ten years ago, and they were wonderful. The ones they served me this visit were inedible. You could make better at home with Campbell's cheese soup and raw hamburger. Just leave out the green chili and spices, microwave for 3 minutes, and serve.
The salsa was bland tomato juice with a few onion pieces. An extra 2oz serving was $2.
Drinks were reminiscent of Dollar Store toilet bowl cleaner. All the ladies who ordered margaritas gave them to their husbands, instead of trying a second sip.
If you are looking for the hands down best Mexican food in in this oil patch town, go to Stripes. Much better food with an authentic Mexican atmosphere.December 02, 2016
